1. Introduction

These general conditions of sale govern the purchase of products through the site www.olifevo.com . By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the conditions reported here.


2. Product Information

All products for sale on www.olifevo.com are described accurately. Any slight variations in the images or descriptions do not affect the quality of the product.


3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
  • The accepted payment methods are:
    • PayPal Checkout (allows you to pay with PayPal or credit/debit cards, even without a PayPal account)
    • Advance bank transfer
    • Cash on delivery (if available, with possible additional charge)
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering. In case of bank transfer, shipping will take place after confirmation of credit.


4. Orders and Purchase Confirmation

  • Once the order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the purchase.
  • Olif reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability or problems with payment.


5. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Shipments are made via express courier.
  • Delivery times are 7 - 10 working days from order confirmation.
  • Olif is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or by extraordinary circumstances (e.g. strikes, holidays, health emergencies).
  • Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before confirming your purchase.


6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product , without having to specify the reason.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a request by email to info@olifevo.com , specifying the order number.
  • Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and unused.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged products.
  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
