Olif's Story
Olif was born from the dream of Francesco and Fabrizio, who share a deep love for their land: Puglia. A unique region, where the sun embraces expanses of centuries-old olive trees, the wind carries the scent of the sea and the landscape tells stories of tradition and resilience.
Francesco grew up in a family where olive farming was more than a job — it was a way of life passed down through generations. Since he was a child he has experienced the magic of the olive groves, learning from his family that every tree is a gift, a symbol of life and hope. After spending a few years in Northern Italy, where he broadened his vision and refined his entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to return to his beloved Puglia. The desire was clear: to give something back to his land, investing in the most precious thing it has to offer.
Fabrizio, in love with his roots, chose to believe in the potential of the territory and began investing in projects that could enhance its resources from a very young age. For him, Puglia is not just a place: it is a promise.
A promise of beauty, quality and culture that deserves to be preserved and protected.
